Right to withdraw

You generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, inform Rainbow Soundworks, sole proprietorship, proprietor Alexander Maecke, Neuetorstraße 7, 31785 Hameln, Germany, email support@songdeal24.eu, by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

You may also use the permanently available “Withdraw from contract” function. Sending the declaration before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt. We use exclusively the means of payment used for the original transaction, and no reimbursement fee is charged.

If you expressly requested performance during the withdrawal period, reasonable payment may be due for services performed up to the withdrawal, where the statutory conditions are met.

Early performance and expiry

Songdeal24 obtains an express early-performance request and records its wording, version and time. The right does not expire merely because an order was placed or production started.

If the performance is legally a service, the right may expire only on full performance where the statutory requirements, including express prior consent and acknowledgement, are met. Different statutory conditions apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
